If you own or manage a restaurant, this workshop is for you! This workshop will introduce you to District requirements for the Straw Ban which starts January 1, 2019. Restaurants are invited to bring their own single-use foodware items for review.

Owners and manager of DC restaurants, restaurant suppliers, stakeholders interested in informing the restaurant sector of District requirements.
The workshop is free but registration is required.

Restaurants are invited to bring in the foodware they currently use in their takeout. DOEE staff will review and make recommendations about alternatives. This will also be a good opportunity to see what other restaurants are using for single-use food sales.
